Top Page Questions Asked
What happens if I cancel my booking?
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Cancellations after an emergency dispatch are non-refundable.
Can you remove a locking wheel nut that’s been damaged or tampered with?
We’ll always do our best, but previously damaged or overtightened nuts may limit what we can safely do. We can’t guarantee removal in those case.
Is your service available 24/7?
Yes — emergency call-outs are available 24/7, subject to technician availability and location.
What if it’s not safe to work at my location?
We’ll assess the area on arrival. If it’s unsafe (e.g. poor lighting, unstable ground), we may need to postpone or refuse service for everyone’s safety.
What kind of locations can you work at?
Anywhere with enough safe, level access — driveways, forecourts, roadside spots. Let us know when booking so we can be prepared.
